I have examined the accompanying Ordinance, enfilled

An Ordinance to authorize the making of Bye-laws

by The Hongkong and Kowloon Wharf and Godown Com-

Pany Limited

and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to

the Governor's Instructions

This Ordinance confers on a certain company,

The Hongkon

and Kowloon Wharf and Godown Company Limited, the power of making

bye-laws in connection with the conduct of its business and the

maintenance of order on its premises.

It was alleged by the Company that the law in Hongkong
